Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or would like us to come to your school to discuss the program. The PLTW Biomedical Sciences Program is now available to Pennsylvania schools. Penn State University is NOT the Affiliate University that administers the program in Pennsylvania. If you are interested in this program, you should register for PLTW and indicate Biomedical Sciences in the registration process. You can learn more about the Affiliate Universities HERE. Can any PLTW Engineering Courses Be Taught By Other Than A Tech Ed Teacher? The qualified answer is "yes, but...". The PA Dept of Education has indicated that PLTW courses should be taught by a Technology Education certified teacher.
