Bryon
Maner has been employed for 10 years by Air Products in
Allentown
,
PA
where he serves as a
Senior Principal Research Engineer. During his career with
Air Products, he has provided on-site support at a chemical plant for
two years, implemented advanced controls at several plants, and led the
introduction of several new products. In his current role, he
performs process optimization for existing products and process
development for new products, scaling up products from the lab to
commercial production.
Bryon
received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from
Tennessee
Technological
University
in 1991 and a Ph.D. from
Purdue
University
in 1996. He
enjoys spending time with his wife, 4-year-old son, and 2-year-old
daughter. He also enjoys playing golf and trumpet.

, Salisa was a teen mother
faced with many challenges. During
her high school years, she was determined to stay academically focused.
She did not allow her circumstances to stifle her progress.
Salisa is a graduate of

High School

Allentown

PA
,
University
of
Pittsburgh
—B.S. Mechanical
Engineering, and
an Executive
MBA from Saint Joseph
’s University.
Salisa credits her accomplishments to a giving mentor, education,
and exposure. As a result,
STRIVE was born to reach similar youth and provide them with the same
key elements to foster their success.
Salisa pays homage to God and her two beautiful daughters, Anisha
and Imani, for giving her the strength, perseverance, and continued
passion to assist in the development of youth.
