Penn State Berks 2009 Summer Training Schedule and Costs The PLTW Biomedical Sciences Program is now available to Pennsylvania schools. Penn State University is NOT the Affiliate University that administers the program in Pennsylvania. If you are interested in this program, you should register for PLTW and indicate Biomedical Sciences in the registration process. You can learn more about the Affiliate Universities HERE. Can any PLTW Engineering Courses Be Taught By Other Than A Tech Ed Teacher?
